TYPES OF BOOKINGS

Our mission is to offer affordable space for photographers for fashion, beauty, art, headshots & test shoots, and videographers for films, commercials & music videos. Secondly for rehearsal, workshop, audition & performance space to the theatre community.

The emerging fashion industry is familiar in our spaces where they hold scheduled castings, fittings and shoots.
No parties allowed, sorry.

TIME

1/2 Day strictly 4 hours (9.00am-1pm) or (1pm-5.00pm) / Full Day is 8 hours (9am-5pm)

SET-UP / BREAKDOWN TIME

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Please be sure you have booked plenty of set-up and breakdown time. Especially for shoots! We book the studios back-to-back. This means you may not be able to enter your studio until right at your booking time. We are on hand to show you where any extra items are for your rental.

At the end of your booking time, there will usually be another group waiting to walk into a completely empty and clean room. So please plan accordingly to make sure you will be out on time.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You must pay for the space at the time of booking.

FAQ'S

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPACE??

– No messy foods, glitter, or paint not allowed in the spaces.

– No excessive noise or yelling that might disturb the others. (Ask us if you are uncertain what excessive means.)

– Sorry, we do not allow bookings for children's classes or rehearsals.

Absolutely no parties or events with food or drink. That means no "mixers" or loud amplified music. Because we work very closely with you to arrange your bookings, we expect you to tell us exactly what you will be doing in the studios. If you have any concern about whether or not an aspect of your booking is appropriate for the space, just ask!

We reserve the right to shut down a booking at anytime if you do not follow these policies.

If you damage the space in any way, we will charge you an additional cleaning/repair fee.

CAN I EXTEND MY SESSION?

If there is no one coming in right after you, you may extend your session. Please let us know if you might require extra time. At the beginning of your booking, you can always ask if there's someone directly after you.

AMENITIES

DO YOU HAVE PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT?

We do not have photography lights. But upon on extra charge let us know your requirement will provide complete list of equipment what we can offer. We do have: V-Flats – Clothing hangers – Apple boxes – Folding chairs – Boom stand –C-Stands – Full Length Mirror

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?

There is an elevator but It is only to be used for people. Heavy equipment, and props etc you cannot carry by elevator.

ARE THERE DRESSING ROOMS AND MAKEUP AREA*?

Yes. There is one dressing room at studio level 3rd floor, and for makeup we have a space in studio itself.
